Medical Staffing Network warns of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

The Medical Staffing Network’s warning of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy is the latest in a string of bad reports regarding the largest medical staffing agencies in the U.S.

Many of the large staffing agencies in the marketplace are finding it difficult to maintain their current operating structure from a financial perspective. Their traditional models are burdened with high overhead costs that can not easily be adjusted downward in a depressed market. These costs include many physical offices staffed with full time recruiters, staffing coordinators and layers of management. We believe this traditional model is just not sustainable in today’s market.

At Med Staff On-Call we leverage an efficient web based staffing platform with staying power.  Not only does it reduce our overhead costs but it ensures the quality the health care delivery organizations need. Through our operating model we empower medical professionals through the use of technology to take control of their own schedules.  At the same time we ensure compliance, improve quality, increase pay rates for medical staff (MSOC members) and decrease bill rates for health care delivery organizations.  Its a win-win situation for everyone.
