Do you know how Green MSOC is?

Do you know how Green MSOC is?

Today there is so much hype about “Going Green”. It’s the latest fashionable thing to do. A primary factor in MSOC being green is not only to “save the planet” but it is also a way to cut costs. Anytime we can cut costs, the savings are passed onto you with our Highest Pay Rate Guarantee! We also believe that by being green you will not only help our planet, but we can create new efficiencies in our daily lives.

Here are some ways MSOC is maintaining a Green working environment for our Community:
• We do not mail out paper pay checks- You receive payment via direct deposit
• We do not send paper pay stubs- We e-mail them
• We do not keep paper files- We keep all of your documents in your online profiles
• We do not require you to fax time sheets- You check out for your worked shifts online
• We do not send you employment papers to sign and fax back -You sign all required employment forms electronically
• When you fax us documents, they are not printed out- All faxes are received electronically and saved in the appropriate electronic files
• We do not send faxes to the heath centers for availability- Our system is integrated with our health center’s systems so they can see who is available in real time
• We do not require face to face interviews. We promote at home on-boarding to become active. Did you know that for each gallon of gas used by a car contributes about 19 pounds of CO2 into the atmosphere?
• We send all of our employees for pre-employment drug screenings via an electronic order. The traditional 3-part form was eliminated which reduces paper and postage costs.

Summary: We are virtually paperless! For every ton of paper that is recycled, the following is saved: 7,000 gallons of water; 380 gallons of oil; and enough electricity to power an average house for six months. If you are doing anything to make the world a greener place, please share it here with our community!
